• Successful completion of a particular service that the customer requested will be dependent on many factors, such as material availability for the service, condition of servicing product or equipment, time etc. totails.com are always committed to complete a service requested by a customer successfully, but in rare cases successful completion may not be possible. In such cases the customer can request for cancellation or refund. And those request and refund will be processed only after studying the cause of non completion of the work. We will never commit a full refund for every cancellation/non completion of work etc.
• We do not undertake any repairs related to the printed circuit board (PCB) neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same.
• No rework will be performed by totails.com post the warranty period
• We strongly discourage any direct contact with our totails.com in house experts or third party service provider after a completion or non- completion of a job/service, as in such cases totails.com has no control over the situation or condition. All warranty and service assurance offered by totails.com, in such case, stands null & void.
