Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. ALMOND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to update/change the policies anytime without prior intimation, based on internal or external requirements.

To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review our policies periodically. If you do not agree to our policies, please do not use the totails.com website or mobile application. Our refund, cancellation procedures and applicable cancellation charges are given below. Please read it carefully to get a clear understanding.

• Any complaints in respect of the service provided by our in house experts or third party service provider should be raised within 24 hours from the time of completion of service.
• In the event that any complaint is to be registered for any services that has already been rendered via our in house experts or third party service provider, totails.com should be contacted directly on info@totails.com. Or 0484-4865686. Please do not call our in house experts or the third-party service provider directly.
• In the event that any Customer directly contacts our in house experts or the third party service provider rented by totails.com for your service requested, then totails.comwill not be responsible for any actions or behaviour, nor will it be responsible for any consequences thereof.

• In the event, if you are displeased or have any concerns with the completed service provided by our in house experts or third party service provider, you are always welcome to approach us at info@totails.com.
• If a complaint is received regarding a completed service, if necessary, totails.com will conduct an inspection and if found the complaint to be genuine and had occurred from our in house experts or third party service provider (not pre-existing), then totails.com, with necessary time, may cause the service to be reworked free-of-cost.
• In case if it is difficult to identify if the complaint is related to totails.com in house experts or the rendered third party service provider or not (pre-existing), we will send our technician to conduct an inspection and take a complete account of the situation. Post such inspection, if our technician is of the view that the complaint is not related to the totails.com in house experts nor rendered third party service provider, then no rework of the service will be rendered again.
• In any cases our technician inspection report will be considered as final and You will be liable to reimburse any and all charges of the technician if the complaint registered by you is found out be false/pre-existing/inaccurate.
• The rework of any service (after necessary inspection) would be done by either our in house experts or same third party service provider, who had rented the service previously to the customer or by a new third party service provider, this will be solely under the discretion of totails.com
• Totails.com would be liable only for the service rendered / appliance repaired / replaced. Further, totails.com would not be liable for any service / appliance which has been changed / altered post such rendering of service / repair, by you or any third party service provider, which are not assigned or authorised by totails.com or almond innovative solutions.
• We do not undertake any repairs related to the printed circuit board (PCB) neither will we be able to provide any warranty for the same.
• You are requested to report any payment or invoicing related issues within 48 (Forty Eight) hours of the job completion.
• In the event that any complaint or refund is to be processed for the service rented, it shall be initiated only within the warranty period for the respective service.

• Customers are allowed to cancel/reschedule the requests anytime (for time validity refer cancellation charges table) through totails.com Website and Mobile application or by contacting us by 0484-4865686.
• Continuous cancellations/reschedule of job request or any malicious activities may attract suspension of service by totails.com and further termination of agreement with customer.
• Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, totails.com reserves the right to cancel any job request at any point of time with or without communication to customer, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
• Customers are not allowed to book more than 3 services at a time. He/she must have to wait until the booked services to complete successfully before further booking.
• Customers are not allowed to cancel/reschedule more than three job requests a day. He/she may be suspended from service for any such activities.
• Totails.com is fully committed to on time delivery of service. But in any cases, if a scheduled work assigned to a particular in house experts or third party service provider has been cancelled or non show occurs, customers are requested to inform us at the earliest. This will allow us to either reschedule or assign a new in-house experts or third party service provider for you, with minimal time delay.

Note 1:

1. the below mentioned cancellation charges are applicable for all the services rented/delivered within 72 hours (3 days) from booking
2. Rescheduling is allowed only once per booking, before the job has been assigned to a particular in house expert or third party service provider.
3. Rescheduling after the successful assignment of service to a particular in house experts or third party service provider will invite additional fine to the customer. The fine amount is not fixed, it depends upon each works time, amount etc

Note 2:

1. The below mentioned cancellation charges are applicable for pre-booking of all the services, i.e., services rented/delivered above 72 hours (3 days) from booking
2. Maximum pre-booking time is one week or 7days

• Totails.com always recommends the third party service providers to intimate the customer as well as the totails.com about a Job cancellation through any of totails.com platform. This will help to maintain your rating, which will keep your chances high on continues work allocation
• Third party Service Provider is allowed to cancel maximum of 1 request per week. More than 1 cancellations may attract penalty for inconvenience to customer
• Third party Service Provider is allowed to cancel a service before 6 hours from the scheduled time of delivery of service.
• job cancellation is not permitted for immediate work delivery request
• Cancellation of job requests or any misbehaviour to customers may attract reduction in ratings and penalties. These activities may force termination of any agreement with ALMOND INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS and totails.com
• Third party Service provider needs to provide the reason for cancelling a service while reverting to totails.com. These reasons will be saved in service provider's record for performance analysis.

• If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of booking and in case of payment gateway/internet banking; payments refund will be made to the same account.
• Customer will not be charged for cancellation if the service provider is running late by more than 6 hours from the scheduled time. It is appreciated to consider the geographical factors such as traffic conditions, accessibility and climate conditions before cancelling the request.
• Refund won't be permitted or entertained in the following cases
  1. If service can't be delivered due to customer absence or any other issues from customer side such as incorrect address, communication number etc
  2. Absence of essentials form customer side for the service booked, such as electricity, water etc.
  3. Non availability of materials, equipments etc for the service booked
  4. If service can't be completed due to antiquate, oldness etc of the servicing equipment or sort of
